Dot Slash is seeking a talented .net Developer to assist us in project development and code implementation. We collaborate with nationally-recognized institutions, e-commerce giants and industry leaders in online marketing to design and develop beautiful interactive projects.

We require a mid/senior level C#, ASP .Net Web Developer to work at a leading web development company in Pretoria.

It is mandatory that you are a BCom Informatics/BSc IT Graduate with at least 2-3 year's proven experience.

Furthermore, you must have knowledge of MSSQL, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JQuery, Web Services.

15k - 20k depending on experience. If you do not meet the above criteria your application will not be considered.

Our ideal developer will have the following:

• DotNetNuke know-how a plus
• Extensive knowledge in semantic markup, CSS styling, Javascript
• Up-to-date with the latest standards and practices in order to produce efficient, crisp and recyclable code
• Competency with version control (SVN)
• Sensitivity to visual design and a body of work that reflects this
• Experience creating interfaces for CMS administration
• Desire to be involved in projects from kickoff to launch
• Ability to communicate technical aspects to our team and clients
• Experience working as a part of a team
• An avowed love for delivering projects on-time and on-budget

Junior Designer

Dot Slash is seeking a sharp-minded, graphically gifted, good natured designer. We need someone with outstanding skills in design, and a good understanding of digital and traditional communication. We're looking for a fluid communicator who is cooperative and receptive.

While years of experience aren't required, an insane dedication to learning the trade is. We're seeking artistic, graphically minded designers; someone with a wide range of design skills; someone who shows a strong use of grids and a great command of typography.

About the Position

This talented individual will be an important part of the project team. Tasks may range from website, mobile and interactive installation design to wireframing, illustration, production, XML and print design.

Skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a must
• Highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
• Incredibly detail oriented, cooperative and curious
